It’s more about you than us

At CNP, we are creatures of habit – or habits. Namely, the three you see here. They’re characterized by a way of thinking, and doing that helps us become a vested partner in your business.

Being client-centered, not self-centered

We become an extension of your culture and own your challenges and opportunities as part of our mindset and daily focus.

Planning for the right things to happen

We listen. We learn. We immerse ourselves in your business and position you according to a solid plan.

Applying the right expertise and delivering value

We use strategy, creativity and technology in the proper balance to execute the plan. Then, optimize, refine and celebrate success.

Certified Brand Strategists™

We believe that a brand - with all its emotional and rational connotations - should extend to the deepest part of your organization and be considered your most valuable asset.

One of the crucial qualifications that differentiates us from other agencies is that all CNP partners are Certified Brand Strategists™ (CBS). In fact, CNP is one of only two agencies in Florida to have earned the certification after undergoing graduate-level coursework offered by the Brand Establishment in Chicago. The Brand Establishment is an organization that specializes in delivering in-depth brand development training for small to midsize agencies – the fruits of which are then enjoyed by their clients.

Our process offers some degree of flexibility to accommodate your needs and resources. Here's a quick summary:

  1. 1 Discovery

Brand Insight Assessment, Corporate Soul-Searching, External Research, Validation

  2. 2 Application

    Branding Process, Creative Development

  3. 3 Adoption

Employee & Stakeholder Adoption (Internal), Customer & Public (External)

  4. 4 Measurement

Return on Investment Tracking, Ongoing Metrics, Follow-Up Research
