The agency’s co-owner and creative director, Chris has more than 30 years of experience in advertising and design studios in Los Angeles, California; Hartford, Connecticut; and Gainesville, Florida; and in a package design studio in Melbourne, Australia. Her experience includes creative planning, campaign concepts and execution and supervision of all print materials (corporate image, brochures, direct mail components, trade ads, etc.), outdoor billboards, package design, signage design and trade show exhibit design. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Nikdel holds a B.F.A. from the University of Massachusetts, and a M.A. from the University of Florida. She also attended the Art Center School of Design in Pasadena, California and the Art Institute of Philadelphia for graphic design training. She serves as president, main account representative, creative director and graphic designer for CNP. Professional Associations: American Advertising Federation, Polk County Chapter, board member; Florida Public Relations Association, member. Professional designations include: TMP (Travel Market Professional), CBS (Certified Brand Strategist).

- I share an office with partner, Anne Powell, and we haven’t killed each other yet after 16 years!
- I have a wonderful husband and three great kids.
- I enjoy spending time with family outdoors at Bok Tower, Wekiwa Springs, the beach, nature trails, etc.
- My music taste covers many realms, from Beatles to Coldplay, Dave Matthews to Jimmy Cliff, Patsy Cline to Norah Jones, and on and on.
- I love the “idea” of gardening – but only get to actually do it two times a year or so when I try to make up for six months of neglect.
- I enjoy cooking when I get a chance, especially Persian and Chinese food.
- I read non-meaningful mysteries of all kinds. This paid off when I tracked down the culprit who stole my credit card one year.
- If I won the lottery, I would travel with family members and/or friends, and give away a lot.
- I’m passionate about great design and the value of art in our culture.
- I get homesick for New England autumns and the smell of turned leaves, but love Florida winters with the occasional break to snow ski.
