A native of Winter Haven, Florida, Alex Nikdel has worked in various Web-related jobs for the past ten years, from professional Web surfer to server administrator to Web developer … remarkably, they were all paying positions. During his years in school, he worked for a search engine, a software company and was a TA for a programming and Web development class at the University of Florida. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 2007. After a brief stint as a practicing industrial engineer at Walt Disney World, he returned to his roots and joined CNP in 2009. He brought with him a wide range of industry knowledge and a focus on process efficiency. Alex currently resides in Winter Garden, FL and commutes into Winter Haven each day. You can often find him driving down US 27 or through back roads in west Orange County.

- I am over 6-and-a-half feet tall.
- When I was in 2nd grade, I chipped a tooth on a girl’s head.
- I was raised on a Mac, then converted to Windows for about 7 years, and am now happily using a MacBook Pro.
- I am a rabid Gator Fan. A local news channel documented my cross-country road trip to the UF National Championship game.
- I’ve been in the Magic Kingdom tunnels and once took a parking tram on a joyride.
- I love to play golf but am terrible at it.
- I am a TiVo evangelist. Every roommate I’ve ever had has bought a TiVo after they moved out.
- My wife and I got engaged at Mallory Square in Key West. We both love the water, a well-spiced Bloody Mary, and Jimmy Buffett. Married 4.2.11.
- I love to ski on both water and snow.
